Marriage registration certificate

Hi All,

I am new to this community , seeking help from this community.

I am resident of Pataudi Haryana and got married in Delhi.When i go to Pataudi tahsil for marriage registration they asked me to register marriage in delhi it self (they say you have to register your marriage where you got married not here) and when i go delhi authority they say you can register marriage here only till 90 days of marriage now it would be registered at your local authority.

So moving here and there.

Any help or suggestion would be greatly appriciated.

You can ask about local rule for marriage registration through a application under RTI act 2005, because oral refusal for registering marriage is invalid practice.
