Marriageable age

Can a boy aged 24 years marry a girl 17 with her concent and her parents / guardians concent ?

According to provision of respective law the girl is not major to marry,so it it void marriage.

Is this marriage VOID - ONLY IF THE GIRL SAYS SO TILL SHE TURNS 18.
