Can MCD be applied before 1 year of marriage?

It cannot be filed before one year only you should make agreement and aftr one year you can file
after filing six months you have to re appear before the court and finally you will get divorce by paying some alimoney if she demands in mean time if she files for maintenance you have to pay

Only the Supreme Court can waive off the statutory period of 1 year. However, it is more convenient and economical to wait and file for MCD after 1 year.
