MCD in US

Hi, if a MCD is agreed and approved in US while we are staying in US, will it be valid in India? After MCD, is getting MCD in India straight forward? What happens if a women raise issues in India after obtaining MCD in the US?

MCD in USA is absolutely valid in India as both parties agreed and gave their free consent for the same. Both surrendered to the US Court jurisdiction and they cannot challenge it anytime in future in Indian court.

The Wife will not be allowed to raise the validity of US court divorce decree obtained both by mutual consent.

No need for any further MCD in India as that will be mere waste of time, money and for making fee for local Indian lawyer nothing more.
