Mcd with in 1 year is possible?

I have 5 questions related to MCD

1 Divorce in Mutual Consent is possible within one year of marriage?

2 Is it possible if we are staying in same house?

3 Both Husband and Wife should must have local government ID address proof to file the case in Bangalore?

4 If female is not having local government ID address proof what are the ways to proceed further?

5 What happen if any of the party want to step back within 6 month waiting period and other part want Divorce?

Thank you Jeeven Appreciate your help. But I believe there is some new rule in Karnataka due to that any Divorce case applicant must have local government ID address proof.

Can Any Lawyer from Bangalore confirm the same?

For getting mcd you both have to live seperated for a year.so even if you both live in the same house you shouldnt disclose it during proceeding.
