Women cell mediation failed. What will be next process before going to court will i be arrested.

if mediation is failed in the woman cell then woman cell will send your file to dsp/acp office with recommendation to file fir against you, if you will not obtained AB for you before registering fir then after registering fir the police can arrest you any time .
