Medical negligence

Radiologist has diagonised and mention molar pregnency, gynaecologist has recommended for Hba1c test but the complainant did not show the reports and filed medical negligence aganist the gynaecologist. How doctor is attracted to neglience

A radiologist has diagnosed and mention molar pregnancy, gynaecologist has recommended for Hba1c test but the complainant did not show the reports and filed medical negligence against the gynaecologist. How doctor is attracted to negligence.

 

Please suggest me how to give relief to doctor any citations
