The primary duty of any Doctor before treatment is calling for those elementary tests before commencing further treatments.  The patients is equally negligent in not informing earlier medical history with reports, that helps the examining doctor to conclude on he basis of earlier and present reports, the course of further treatment.

Also inform the specific medical negligence attributed to the Doctor, nature of treatment prescribed, period of such treatment as it is very difficult to prove Medical negligence.
