Medical records

Sir/Madam,

are the medical records of an Indian citizen who took treatment from a foreign country, certified by the concerned foreign hospital, admissible as evidence in indian courts? can anything be done to make these foreign records admissible in the Indian courts by the concerned Indian citizen?

1. Under S. 86 of the Act there is presumption with regard to the genuineness and accuracy of such certified copy only if it is also certified by the representative of our Central Government in or for that Country that the manner in which it has been certified is commonly in use in that country for such Certification.

If such foreign medical documents produced here in Indian jurisdiction have followed above procedures then they can be admitted otherwise not is my view.
