hello respected law fraternities to all of u.
i wud like to tell my details for ur perusal in nutshell as follows:
i got married with my friend who assured me b4 marriage that she will gel with my family memebsr and take care of all of them like her family and will always be with me no matter how difficult the situation is.
we got married in last june 2013. in october she one day fought with me on phone for a petty reason i.e. i was not able to pick her from station as i was late in the meeting. she too works in a pvt. firm.i thought she will come back when she is calm . but she didtn turn up. at midnight i got a call from his family members saying they want to meet me. so i called them the next day .
initially i didnt want to involve my family as we two were only staying at our home. her family memebsr understood wot i told them. i even said sorry to her in front of all her family members but i she didnt respond properly and was very rude to me which shocked me. her family members too tried to tell hetrto calm down but she didnt listen to anyone and fought with me that time. i was alone that time and felt like mentally raped by her and her family members. so i called up my family as i didnt have option as they all started shouting at then she left with her family members telling that she dont want to stay with me anymore and wants to seoerate from me i( divorce) and went to her fathers home.
after that they statrted harrassing and threating me and all my family members to meet them.
we meet them four to five times after that but all times she fought with me and said she dont want to stay with me et all. even i told her i had seen a seperate a rented place for us as per her requirements to come back.
but she flatly refused and went to police station and verbally complained against me stating that i took money from her b4 marriage. i was shocked as i didt take any money from her. i was more shocked bcoz the gal who loved me so much why wnet upto such a low level and blamed me for things i was not responsible. in fact she borrowed cash amt. to 25,000 from me during her emergency.
anyways i thought now i m done with her and i paid her he money i didnt took from her. she even told in public that i was not calling her back.she even threatened me and my family thru his relatives with dire consequences against which i already lodged a police complain against her relative who called me on her behalf.
now since last two months she is constantly harrassing me torturing me mentally and threatening and quarelling me on phone as well as also when i met her personally thrice alone as per her request ) to take her back.
but how do i trust this girl who can without my fault or harrassment to her wont repaet her action again in future? all my freinds r telling me not to bring her back?
now my question is:--
1) can she file a wrong 498a against me though we r seperate since last 9 months and marraige is 1 yr. plus few days old old now?
2) can she drag my family members too in that ?how to keep my family members out of this mess?
3i want a divorce form her? can she contest it?
please guide me urgently as me and my familly are all god fearing people and love peace and harmony.
