It is very simple. You have decided not to go ahead with your earlier proposal to marry her and want to discard the relationship for ever.  Nothing prevents you from severing all your ties with her from immediate forthwith.  Until the Mahila Aayog has not sent any summon based on her complaint, do not rush up voluntarily with your explanations, once summoned go and attend prepared with your defence.  This 5.5yrars relationship should have taught you a good lesson in your life and also you should have gained experience how to tackle with her routine tortures.  You should not initiate any legal action now against her because as of now, it will be better you stay away from her without attending even her phone calls.  This will clearly send a message to her about your intentions and she may not dare to go further.
