I am working in the renowned private sector multinational BPO sector in Baroda, Gujarat since April 2011 till date. In this organization we are not supposed to carry any electronic gadget including mobile also. According to the company policy the working hour must be 9 hrs and 45 minutes (9 hrs work and 45 minutes of break), but when I checked out the Shop and Establishment Act the working hours display 8 hrs of work and 30 min of break and the same notice has been displayed by the Municipal Corporation department in our office. I do adhere to the Corporation notice, but it do mismatch the total 8 hrs working in the company, when my boss pluck out the data it shows less than 8 hrs work. Also in conjunction to this, I am being tortured and mentally harassed by my immediate boss. His language towards me and my family is always full of abusive words. Despite of my continuous excellent performance with 100% quality and accuracy since my joining, I am not at all being appreciated by words or money by my boss but I am continuously getting career threats since last 6 months.
Now my bearing capacity is totally diminished and I cant find out the right way, what should I do?
I checked out with our HR but all in vain. No constructive response from the HR I got.
Now I decided to go legal towards my boss and my company.
What should I do? Kindly suggest me…
