What is mental harassment. Is there any Yardstick to measure it.
How can you prove that a person has mentally harassed you. What evidence do you have to establish the mental Harassment. There exists no legal remedy for broke up cases.
There is no provision in law which deals with mental Harassment.

The facts posted suggests no mental harassment, but only your mental/emotional inadequacies.

You can not compel the lady to marry you. No case is made out for harassments.
Consult a local psychiatrist for proper advise and treatment.

To engage in premarital or extramarital s*x, before or outside of marriage, is to sin in God's sight. So talk to her and her parents for happy live in your life.

You cannot compel girl to marry you because you have s*xual relation with her. As per your query there is no harassment by her. She can take her decision as per her will and wish you can only try to convince her.
