Mesne Profit and Rent Defaulter

Tenant lost appeal aginst decree of small cause court to vacate the premises. Tenant defyed the court instructions of depositing the monthly rent in court from the month of small cause court decree. Land lords have filed suit to decide mesne profit and applied for evication process. Tenant , an MNC , will surely go in High Court. Land lords have already caveated. 1.Not depositing rent monthly amonuts to contempt of court ? Yes or No. 2.Mesne profits case can be appended for rent defaultes ? Yes or No. 3.How many days tenant has to file appeal in high court from judgement of dist court ? 4.The MNC is an addict of law breaking. Supreme court has punished it for streching litigation of another land lord. Can Supreme Court intervene in our case and treat its own judgement applicable as a Vaccine instead of ,otherwise compelling the aging and senior citizen landlords to keep taking Medicines for curing the infection of the Tenant ?

1.Not depositing rent monthly amonuts to contempt of court ? Yes 

2.Mesne profits case can be appended for rent defaultes ? no but rent along with interest can be received as per court order.

3.How many days tenant has to file appeal in high court from judgement of dist court ? normally within 90 days.

4.The MNC is an addict of law breaking. Supreme court has punished it for streching litigation of another land lord. Can Supreme Court intervene in our case and treat its own judgement applicable as a Vaccine instead of ,otherwise compelling the aging and senior citizen landlords to keep taking Medicines for curing the infection of the Tenant ? well in that case you just file  execution of the order or decree in the same court.
