Our buidling is a cessed building. The tenants/occupants of the building formed a tenants/occupants society and went for redevelopment of the buidling by MHADA. The building is nearly complete. The current managing committe of the tenants association is not vey forthcoming with the handover process. We tenants have heard different things such that we need to show documentation of rent receipts,electricity bills etc prior to 1996. copy of vacation notice etc- is this correct?
I am seeking your valued opinion as to the detailed guidelines/next steps of the handover process of the flats by MHADA to the tenants/occupants.
