your wife has a duty, but u dont have any duty ........so file for permanent injunction immidiately....this is gonna encourage her to file 498a, dv and many more......but this way u will be able to vacate your MIL from ur house. Read BATRA vs BATRA SC judgment................and file for permanent injunction immidiately
