Minimum wage

Dear Experts, Please guide on below matter. " A worker of Semi Skilled class performs work of Skilled class for temporary basis for gap filling or repalcement for 1 month and we are ready to pay Skilled wages for that period. " Could we afterwards pay again that worker Semi Skilled wages?

If he is again put  in a job that is categorized as 'semi-skilled', he is entitled to the wages of semi-skilled.
