Dear Lawyers,
Please provide the answers for the below questions as per Muslim Law which is applicable in the court,
1. Can a minor boy file a suit for partition in father's self acquired property with the help of a divorced ex-wife ?
2. Can a father gift his self acquired property to his minor girls from current wife without any legal objection/problem from the divorced ex-wife or her minor son?
Note:- The father is alive in both questions.
