Actually I am writing this due to bank people I am running with personal loan with bank but due to some my finicial issue I am not be able to pay my past 2 emi I am saying to bank people on phone that within 10 days I will be paying my overdues but after listening me they are taking very rudely and use the abusive language there are saying that we will come to your house and we shout and we going to disrespect you infront of your vicinity and they even misbehave with my wife on phone.
please help me with this matter.
