Dear Sir, I am planning to buy a 6 years old flat in old airport road, Bangalore. In the documents I have found some discrepancies. 1. The sanction plan says No. of units: 12 but in actual there are 20. 2. The flat floor plan totally different than what actually exists. 3. The katha extract of the land owner contains name JOTHY whereas mother deed bears name as Jyothi. 4. Katha A extract is available only for the land but not for the flat. The flat owner's Katha extract contains his name but not flat number. Is it still safe to buy such a property? Is it too much of deviation? Kindly advice if I can go ahead with the purchase.
