Missing wife

A, a Muslim boy, married a tribal women B according to Islamic rituals. Out of the wedlock, they had a baby boy. The women B after 2years of marriage fled away from his house and was missing from last 4 years. Now the boy wants to marry another women for take caring of his son. There was no FIR filed for missing of his wife. Will he be eligible to marry again? Or Whether tribal council shall condemn it?

The wife is missing from last 4 years and there was no trace found in regard to his wife.

No, she belongs to Naga Community. And wife ran away from her marital house & the boy doesn't have any trace of evidence regarding his missing wife.
