Since lots of struggling in my life.i have purchased MMRDA/SRA Flat which is more than 10 years old.i did stamp duty & registration.after I was to submit documents to MMRDA for transfer certificate which I have submitted to MMRDA with transfer fees(DD ).after few days I received a letter from MMRDA and they are stating that your flat is apatra so we can not provide transfer certificate.
Sir , i have all legal documents.1.Stamp duty & registration papers.2.Patra Allotment Letter, Society NOC.Etc all
flat is eligible and it has been 14 years since got eligible. I have an eligible allotment letter taba letter everything.
Now they are saying that we have received a new list of apatra two months and your name is in the new list .Sir flat is already patra (eligibility) and it has been 14 years since got eligible.
They are not giving me transfer certificate after all clear papers.please help me to get this paper
