ARIF SIR, WE MWT APP WHO ALSO ADVISED THAT WE WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT affidavit u/s. 65 IT act CAN COMPLAINANT GIVE THIS AFFIDAVIT IN THE COURT OR SHE WILL HAVE TO GIVE THIS AFFIDAVIT TO SOME OTHER AUTHORITY, WHO WILL ISSUE A CERTIFICATE PLEASE CLARIFY
