You may address a representation (title it as NOTICE) to MD of the mobile company, MD of the mobile store from which mobile was purchased, quote bill number date, model number etc and narrate all representations made by you so far, by phone, email, in person and compliant number if any issued by company or mention if no compliant number was issued, and raise your demands and give deadline say….15 days. You may mention that in case company does not…………( refer to your demand) within ….days yu shall be constrained to approach the intuitions of print and electronic media, police, NGO’s, consumer forum, consumer help groups, citizen welfare groups, courts of law, Lok Adalat, etc…at their cost and consequences……….
If the company does not yield you can approach DCDRF on yur own or thru a lawyer or thru NGO’s, consumer protection organizations, consumer activists, etc……
