What if someone’s mobile phone rings unexpectedly in the court?

he should at once go out and recv or declin the call according to his situation and silent or sitch off it then come back to the Court again.
If it happens before the Judge then he should switch off the phone at once and ask for apology for such behaviour that happened unexpectedly.
Lets see what experts reply .....
If you are clever enough then immediately disconnect the phone and press * button to switch the phone in silent mode.
For women ,if your phone is in your bag then you are in trouble.This rule is not applicable to the court if the land line phone of the court ringing.
Generally, if you caught then court will take your phone and give you unless you pay the penalty i.e., ` 200 or ` 500.

keep your mobile in 'vibrating' mode instead of 'vibrating + ringing' mode while entering the court premises.
for past, try to manage it, either by fine or mutual understanding.
