Hi Experts,
I Have given money for one of my friend 9months back and got sign on a promissory note.
while takeing the money he told me that he will refund it in six months.
But after 1st month it self he started to hide from me and when ever i got him, he told that he will give on 6th month.
but after six months he went on invisible where i tried a lot to contact him he is not responding.
Kindly let me know how to proceed to get my money back, where it is really important to me.
