My anticipatory bail in a dowry death ( PL note - Absolutely false case, no dowry taken & I am not involved in death - details I am not sharing presently as this is a public forum, may be viewed by my opponents ) has been rejected, and I am preparing to submit for my judicial custody. My question is - my lawyer says lot of money I will have to spend ( "money will flow like water - lakhs" ) in judicial custody. Can dear members explain if this is correct, and how ? I may have to spend 20 days, or 3 months, or 6 months, I have no issues, I have done no wrong. But PL let me know how money will flow like water / I will have to spend lakhs when in JC ?
