If the receiopt was not filed aliong with the plaint then you can file a petition to rceive additional document before commencement of the trial of the suit under the provisions of Order 7 rule 14(2) and section 151 cp.

Order 7 Rule 14 CPC and Order 13 Rule 1 CPC are intended to address situations in which a plaintiff wishes to place on record additional documents subsequent to filing of plaint. At the time of filing of plaint, plaintiff must place on record all the documents in his authority and possession under these requirements.
