A fraudster in Puducherry state creates false encumbrance in our property. Usually he does this by claiming someone as his grandfather using alias names like Abdul Pari @ Abdul x or Abdul Cadar @ Abdul X. Whereas Abdul X is not his grandfather name and also his grandfather does not have any such alias name and he obtains court order by cheating Court.
My father somehow manage to prove this by providing lot of document evidence and the court nullifies the falsely created encumbrances.
Again he is trying to obtain one more court order with Moneysuit divorce case.
Now I am worried with following questions
1. Can he claim property of others as share from her wife in money suit case ? Also her wife is not attending court and he is trying to obtain ExParte.
2. Whether Judge will review that the property orginally belong to her wife legally before passing any order/judgement ? As I said above , he is trying obtain Court order by ExParte of her Wife
3. If I see the judgement that affects my property ? How to object it before the judge pass any final order/judgement ?
4. How to protect my property from such false encumbrances in Puducherry Land Registration Deparment ?
Personal Frustation Notes:
I am fedup with the Puducherry Land Registration Department. Without even a single evidence whether property belongs to correct person they just blindly do land registration. Also Puducherry Land Registration department says if I want to register Governor Palace they will register it ( without any question ).. Later I can go ahead with legal proceedings ( hmmm.. is that our legal system allows ???). With that saying they also did this in real by registering one of the Government Property to this Fraudster. I can expose this with evidence. But no one in puducherry to listen. Hope someone can take this to right person. Jai Hind ...
