History : 6 Brothers in a family with mother (Father Daid). In this family first 2 Brothers settled at respective wifes house, and in that 1st son daid & they have two doughters & married & 2nd son have 1 son & Doughter and married. In 1992 remain 4 brothers are devided their property respectively with precence of Mother, and mother have 8 Hecar land of her Father doneted land. This 8 hector land devided to first 4 sons only & at the time she confirmed all sons & taken in return & signed all sons (mentin cleary the agrreement this is related only first 4sons. based on the agreement they are cultivating the land to till date. (mother daid in 2001)
Issue: In 2011remain four brother taken the 8 hector land registration process to indisisual. now quirey rised rirst two brothers sons, give the part of land to us also.
whether they are eligible? if yes why & what resoan. pls clerify.
