Mother son property dispute issue

Father has given money for buying a particular property and he died immediately.

The father married twice after the death of the first wife, and has one son from the first wife ; and one son and daughter from the second wife.

The father demarcated the property between his two sons orally, immediately they carried a boundary wall.
Now the 2nd son is found to be abusive towards his own mother, and has taken property on his own name. And further alleged that he has debited pension money to his account.
And he also threatened his mother to go away from his property.
What should be the legal step for her mother to be taken?

If the father has not taken care of his wife then she can file a DV case against him seeking residence from him.

If her son is harassing her or torturing her inflicting injuries then she can approach police with criminal complaint.

Who is the titleholder of the subject property and when was the property purchased / demarcated ?

If father has given money to his son, is there any one who has claimed the money / share of money / share out of the property for which father has given money ? Whether the money was given in cash or there is some Bank transaction ? How much is the money involved ?

What is the document created for title / demarcation /possession by the other brother ?.

Who is the pensioner / family pension beneficiary and what is correlation of pension with property?
