Motor vehicle kolkata

Mr. "A" purchased a four-wheeler for private use from Mr. "B" two years ago.

Mr. "A" issued a cheque for the consideration amount in favour of Mr. "B" .

Mr. "A" did not transfer the ownership in his name and kept using it as it is.

Now Mr. "A" sold the said vehicle to Mr. "C" for a consideration amount and received the payment in cash.

Mr. "C" wants to transfer the ownership in his name.

Mr. "C" has paid the consideration to Mr. "A" but the papers of the vehicle are in the name of Mr."B".
Please help Mr. "C"

Mr. B sold his vehicle to Mr. A and received a cheque. In the books of a/c of Mr. B, he has shown the received amount from Mr.A. His IT return has been filed, now he cannot state that he has sold his vehicle to Mr. C. Neither Mr. C can state that he has made payment to Mr. B. There will be a technical difficulty in filling form 60. Please throw some light on this problem. Thanks in advance.
