muslim brothers cheated sisters without giving share

Sir Iam Sajida Muslim Married Women My Father Mother Expired in 2008 my brothers cheated me without giving share . Iam illiterate . I don't have proof of tat they r my parents. If I take marriage certificate from government khaji is it valid or not .what type of certificate is valid. For my father we are 7 members 3 brothers and 4 sister if .only I approach court is it ok or all sisters have to come .my brothers made control of 3 sister with some money. My father gifted some agriculture land to me in 1988 but there was no photos of both is it ok for proof in court . I already saled in 2007 .. If tat was my grandfathers property is it problem to me. My father gift deed me.. what documents is perfect to submit in court. I born in 1977 no records in hospital and panchayat also.
