We are a muslim married couple staying seperately for the last 6 months as my husband tortured me for money, abused for dowry and domestic violence.
We started living seperately because his parents threatened my family that if we do not keep giving money, this relation will not last.
Have tolerared their greedy behaviour for the last 3 yrs and now it was enough.
Now the height is that in less than 6 months of our seperation caused by his mental torture for money, he iss planning to get married again.
In Islam, muslim husband can get married again without first wife consent.
What actions can I take ?
He refused to return my money
He refused to pay maintenance for our child
