Husband in his life time deposited some amount in Bank without nomination. his widow wife filed a succession petition. on publication of notice. the deceased husbnd peternal uncle appeared and claiming share. Is he having any share. Is the widow is not entitled for full share as there were no issues. Plz. tell me if posible give judgments toooooo.

Sir, I forgot to tell you that the case is belongs to Muslim law. The wife and husbands are muslims. what you said is true in the case of a Hindu family. But I want clarification of a muslim widowed rigts.
