Sir,
We 3 Brothers have applied for mutation of our residential house in Cantonment Board, During the course of
time one of my brother has expired,
Now What will be the effect on mutation proceddings as till date mutation has not been done by the Board.
Kindly advise.

The matter regarding death of one of your brothers alongwith date of death be brought to the notice of contonement board and request may be made for inheritance mutation of your brother, alongwith mutation in favour of other two brothers.
