Mutual divorce

The facts in a  mutual divorce case are

1.long time separation between couple though in same house.

2.mcd case through mediator who is well wisher of both families who also put witness signature in compromise deed.

3.the words mcd petition filed through lawyer mentioned in compromise deed.

4.prior to first motionof mcd payment of permanent alimony out of court through mediator not in front  of judge.

5.lawyer does not file compromise deed with mcd petition.

6.even though mention of amount of permanent alimony is made in mcd petition and compromise deed the fact of prior payment of one time permanent alimony not noted in mcd petition.

7. The wife not appeared for second motion of mcd even though received one time permanent alimony.

 8. What legal action hubby can take against cunning ando cheating wife?
