hello,
me & my wife have decided to go for a mutual divorce & the second motion would be moved soon.
the conditions she put for a mutual was as follows -
1. Settlement of 5 lakhs - One time.
2. No visitation rights to children ( two children 4 years of age)
3. case to be filed only in her city ( she lives in delhi & me in chennai)
the amount of frustration that she brought lead me to accept to these conditions & first get out of this marraige.
i have always been thinking that i can always go back to the court & plead for visitation rights after 3 to 6 months.
is this correct?
will the courts entertain such a petition?
