The unusual behaviour had been observed by friends & knowns several times. Girl's parents never cooperated on girl's condition but insisted to accept her. Meanwhile my friend lost his father. Seperation period of boy & girl is more than a year. mutually you cannot take separation and this is not acceptable to remarry because your present wife can come to you any time so take mutual consent divorce which is easy and fast as compared to divorce because in mutual both the parties agreeing to take divorce and court will grant you time from first appearance in court and in secnod appearance you will be granted divorce and about articles you have to return if they demand them so prepare a list what articles they had given you at the time of handing over the articles take counter signature of handing over articles to them

Kamal Ji,

Marriage took place in May 2011. Girl spent only 10 days in Inlaws house.  Now she is with her parents from last 1.5 years. The girl was found to unsound mind during stay in Inlaws house. Parents were hiding this fact , although produced medical documents of incomplete treatment. Meanwhile boy lost his father & also the job & career due to unfavourable circumstances.

Now two steps are there :

1. The other party is ready for social seperation by having money & other things, don't want face court/ Mutual Conscent Divorce.

2. Filing divorce case on the basis of forgery, mental condition & other losses to boy.

Need your helpful guidance favourable to boy.

Regards
