My family problem, divorce for my brother

Dear all, Here with i mention my brothers divorce case problem. My brother is a charted accountant. we are belongs to upper middle class family. His marriage was held in the month of oct 2016. The girl's family borrow 10 lakh rupees from my father for marriage after we sent all the invitation to the relatives and neighbour. they told that they will return with in two months, my father gave that money without any surety. after marriage the girl not in any relationship with my brother and also she treat my bro like a watchman, she could not give any respect and also not in the s*xual relationship also. they torched my bro if u want a s*x relationship with me , you come with me and we both live in a new home along with her family. that new home is ours below the portion of my bro office and that is our own property. this problem was happened for 2 month, my bro didnot told to my parents also. one day her father came and talked about going for separte family, my parents also accept it. the next day my bro hugged my mom and cry told that she is not in good relation and also she having one boy photo in her mobile always seeing that photo and always chatting in whatsap with the guy. i found it in a second day of my marriage. my bro fight with her and transfer that photo from her mobile to his mobile and ask about that guy she will not open the mouth . the next day her father was came and he asked for that separate family but my parents told that we are not interested now , they fought with my parents and my parents ask that 10 lakh rupee they again fought and went with his daughter. our parents made many compromise with elder people in family but talked very badly about our family and told that if i come i need some of the properties like our home, garden, etc. The next day our family decided to apply divorce and applied. later few days after that family made a complaint regarding our parents and bro regarding dowry problem and husband did not obey her and also we were not giving her jewel also. they also told that that 10 lakh amount we only gave with own interest. then we went police station they asked reg jewel, actually we dont know where she kept her jewels. The SI asked reg Jewel, my bro told that i didnot know this. she told that jewel full of my control after marriage then SI told then how he is responsible for ur jewel. and again ask another question that who will marry her again after 3 month marrigge life. my bro told to SI that she is not living with me for 3 month and also targeting on my assets. finally we told that we will see in the court. Now she put another petition reg settlement. the first hearing will be on july 6. we have only that illegal guy photo only and no surety for that money but he acknowledged that i borrowed in front of our native elders. pls provide the suggestion and how many years will take for this case?
