My father property claim

Dear Sir

I belongs to agricultural famiy of Tamil Nadu state. My father and mother expired  after written a Will in favor of my brother .My father did the all expenses during marriage and other few donations to me.My brother is not married . Shall I able to claim my father property . What is the procedure. Now my brother is enjoying the property for 7 years with property titled in father  name .We are only two for our parents
