My first month salary not paid.....

Dear Sir,

 

I have joined a company on 1st of OCT 2015.I have worked upto 40 days for no reason they are holding test.On enquiry on the same they have holded for many people also earlier.Pls help me for the same.I have not yet resigned.Even with pervious team they didnt release salary for 2 months and automatically the team left. Submit gentle representation from personal email id/copy to personal email id,addressed to good offices of appointing authority,MD and request to supply the salary slip and payment of salary and build record. Firm up next venture ASAP. As per details posted by you this employer is unworthy of being employed with.

Organisational Personal Account Numbers have to be notified only by the !!! Appointing Authorities!!! This information has to be claimed through proper channel only..Once this information is made available,the salary due can be released for payment...Regards...
