My Friend borrowed 1Lakh from me in November 2013 and after some dayshe vanished from his place.
Later i got his details and went to his new place and spoke to his parents and later i got to speak to him and he promised me that he will pay the money by 31st of this Month and if he fails he will return the entire amount with 10% Interest.
I told him to write a note on a stamp paper and he agreed for it
I Just want to know what phrases and matter i should put in the paper so that if he fails to pay it again i can file a complaint on him and make things easy with the help of the paper.
Can anyone let me know what matter i should put in it.
