my grandfather has gifted inherited property to my uncle's, nothing to my mouther

my grandfather has 3 sons.

1. my father died when i was young. we are 4 siblings staying with our mother.
2. my grandfather had 6 bigha of inherited agri land, which he gifted to my 2 uncle's in 2007. but nothing left for my mother.
3. my grandfather had 3 inherited houses which did not have any record in tehsil but our ancestors have been staying there since 1970. he had gifted all 3 of them to my uncles.

is there any help for us? we have nowhere to go

no he can not gift inherited property to a individual person. however he is free to give his own share in that property. feel free to call . law have every expect for every one .

Inherited - is it through a partition deed?

Venu ji, No. he just gave one inherited house to my uncle through sale deed. 2 other houses by gift deed. all agri land through gift deed

Anis Ji thanks a lot.. i am not sure how ll i establish the fact that all these 3 houses have been inherited because there were no records of them in Tehsil.
