My neighbor is selling his house. The person who is buying that house is my enemy. Im 23 yr old girl and He is torching me since last 3-4 yrs. Now he is intentionally buying this house near my home to torcher me. He already have 2 houses. How can i stop him to buy this house. Because if he buy this house he will make my life hell

You cannot stop or prevent him from buying your neighbor's property.
He has full rights to purchase any property if the seller is willing to sell the same.
You can talk to the seller and convince him about the situation and try to avoid selling the property to your enemy.
But legally you cannot do anything about it.

It is not a legal dispute, settle the issue, if any, with vendor (seller) of the house.

You cannot prevent him from buying house, but if he is harassing you file complaint, WHat kind of torcher he forces on you, i mean he is rerlated to you in any way. Just give details
