Our case file of the land acquisition has been sent to NH officer by CALA after issuing notice under section 3 (A)(1) of NH act 1956 on dt. 3/6/2020. The measurement has been done by land record officer and quantity also shown in the notice .
Can now ,NH officer take any objection regarding this land as per section 3(B) ,after a lapse of 21 days , from issue of notice.?
Wii it not be breached of rule section 3(C) (1) .?
