I am married on 4th Dec-2014 (Approx. 6.5 Year). My wife launch the false FIR on me on 15th July-2014. Sections are 498(a), 323,504,506. Actuly i caught her on whatsapp chat. She commited that she done the physical relation ship with co-worker. Same thing she is also commited in the front of his mother, Brother, Elder Sister. After that her family said sorry to me and request me to give her one chance to prove her that she do not make this mistake in future. I have 5 years daughter. I Accepted her again due to future life of my daughter. She stay with me one month and she leave marriege home after one month. She is staying with her parents with support and launch the false FIR on me. I took the anticipatry bail from court. I never ask her for dowery money. i am single. My family members - my mom, father, elder brother are expired. So please suggest what to do?, Charge sheet not file it takes 20 days for to file.
