n.c.complaint again

1.rcr +125 filed against me , in cross wife and her mother as a witness refused co habit at husbands ancestral house. 2. Husband after getting married sensing malafide intention gifted his flat to mother in which the wife barged into after filing of above cases . 3. The property now belonging to husbands mother is been sold off to a local man who deals in such litigated properties at half rate. 4. He went there and chucked her out. Property now in his name so now she not knowing what to do filed an N.c. complaint against me that i have sent gundas and goons to beat her up. 5. Constable called me on phone , i replied now out of station will come next week. 6. Should i go to the p.s. and what next shoulf be my modus operandi..... 7.certified copies of cross exam copies have been applied. Divorce on desertion and mental cruelties alrrady been filed 1 yr back. 8.i am sensing a D.V.but no domestic relationship since 2 yrs accepted by wife in her 125 cross How to proceed now Please help experts in further defense ans attack. 9.Mcd very adamant for huge alimony which is unaffordable. 10. How to tackle future cases...?? Is n.c. serious..... Should i go to p.s.....???
