My grandmother wrote a will for me on 1980 over land of 1.025 hectare and got it registered in sub-register office that time itself.Now I would like to change the name of patta to my name as she expired 10 years ago.Does it get changed by the Tahsildar office itselt? Or shall I have to move through the honourable court ?
