Name Different in Passport and College

Sir,

I'm pursuing My B.E. 2nd yr in BITS,Pilani-Hyderabad Campus.

My name according to my passport is: Konduri(Surname) Venkata Srirama Krishna Teja(Given Name)

but all through my high school, my 10+2 certificte and my College my name is as follows: Krishna Teja V S R Kondury

There is an error in my surname, will this have any problem in my future?? What should i do to have a single name everywhere(i.e. the name in my Passport)??
